中国跨境电商政策影响下的农业产能合作发展研究

The development of agricultural production capacity cooperation under the influence of cross-border e-commerce policy in China

在中国跨境电商政策背景下,介绍了相关理论和方法基础,如国际产业转移理论、数据包络分析法(DEA,Data development analysis)等。通过相关理论研究,建立超效率数据包络方法模型和Tobit回归模型,对经济发展、资源环境、区域建设、政治概况4个方面的因素进行影响程度的分析。结果表明,经济发展对农业产能合作并未带来积极反馈;资源环境、区域建设中的基础建设和政治情况良好都会对发展效率带来积极影响。

In the context of Chinese cross-border e-commerce policy,the relevant theoretical and methodological basis were introduced,such as international industrial transfer theory,and data envelopment analysis(DEA).Through the relevant theoretical research,ultra-efficiency data envelope method model and Tobit regression model were established to analyze the influencing factors of economic development,resources and environment,regional construction and political situation.The results showed that economic development did not bring positive feedback to agricultural production capacity cooperation;resources and environment,infrastructure construction in regional construction,and good political situation would positively affect the development efficiency.
