焙烧温度对花状Au/CeO_(2)催化剂催化氧化CO活性的影响 被引量:2

Effect of calcination temperature on performance of flower-like Au/CeO_(2) catalyst for CO oxidation

摘要 以花状CeO_(2)为载体,采用沉积-沉淀法制备质量分数2%Au/CeO_(2)催化剂,借助ICP-AES、XRD、TEM、XPS、H_(2)-TPR等表征手段,研究焙烧温度对Au/CeO_(2)催化剂催化CO氧化活性的影响。结果表明,焙烧温度对催化剂的氧化还原能力影响显著,焙烧后的催化剂低温氧化CO活性明显提高,300℃焙烧制得的催化剂具有最高的CO低温催化活性,18℃下可将体积分数1%的CO催化消除至1.84 mg·m^(-3)。 Au/CeO_(2) catalysts with Au mass fraction of 2%were prepared by deposition-precipitation method using flower-like CeO_(2) as support.The effects of calcination temperature on the catalytic activity for CO oxidation reaction were studied by means of ICP-AES,XRD,TEM,XPS and H_(2)-TPR techniques.The results showed that the low-temperature catalytic activity was significantly improved after calcination.The catalyst calcined at 300℃exhibited the highest low-temperature catalytic activity,and the CO volume fraction of 1%could be reduced to 1.84 mg·m^(-3) at 18℃.It is suggested that the redox capacity of the catalyst is closely related to the calcination temperature and plays a crucial role in the CO oxidation over the flower-like Au/CeO_(2) catalyst.
