血培养检出单核细胞李斯特菌1例

A Case Study of Listeria Monocytogenes Detected in Blood Culture

单核细胞李斯特菌(Listeria monocytogenes,LM)在国内发病率极低,无论是临床医生还是实验室技术人员对此菌的认识并不全面。此菌一旦发病,如果没有及时正确诊断,所引起的后果非常凶险。本次通过总结1例单核细胞增生李斯特菌感染神经系统的病例,警示临床医生对于免疫功能有缺陷的神经系统异常者,如有白细胞及CRP升高、不明原因的发热等症状,一定要考虑是否有LM感染的可能。

The incidence rate of Listeria monocytogenes(LM)in the domestic population is very low.Neither clinicians nor laboratory technicians have a deep understanding of the monocytogenes.Once this bacterium is infected and if it is not diagnosed correctly in time,the consequences can be very dangerous.By summarizing a case of Listeria monocytogenes infecting the nervous system,this paper provides useful information for clinicians to consider the possibility of LM infection for patients with nervous system abnormalities with defective immune function,such as elevated leukocyte and CRP,fever of unknown cause and other symptoms.
