摘要 以内江供水管桥为依托,研究了水上钢栈桥设计与施工的关键技术,考虑施工过程中施工人员、施工材料,施工机具行走运输,水流荷载等因素对临时结构产生的影响,重点研究了施工机具位于钢栈桥不同位置时结构产生的应力与变形。依照相关标准和过往经验对钢栈桥的结构进行了设计,并在midas Civil中建立了有限元模型对其进行验算,以此验证了该钢栈桥的安全性与可行性。计算结果表明:该钢栈桥设计具有安全可靠,施工迅速,造价经济等优点,因此可以作为相似工程的设计计算的参考。 Relying on the Neijiang Water Supply Pipe Bridge,the key technologies for the design and construction of the steel trestle bridge over water are studied.The impact of factors such as construction personnel,construction materials,construction equipment walking and transportation,and water load on the temporary structure during the construction process is considered,and the construction is focused on the stress and deformation of structure when the equipment is located at different positions of the steel trestle.The structure of the steel trestle was designed in accordance with relevant standards and past experience,and a finite element model was established in midas Civil to verify the safety and feasibility of the steel trestle.The calculation results show that the design of the steel trestle has the advantages of safety,reliability,rapid construction,and economical cost,so it can be used as a reference for design calculations of similar projects.
