基于隧道水渗条件下的高聚物注浆材料的研究 被引量:2

摘要 结合山西省公路隧道工程实际,经过多年技术攻关,综合运用理论分析、室内试验、数值模拟相结合的方法展开研究,在软岩渗流演化规律、涌水隧道高聚物注浆堵水加固材料的制备及其应用、隧道重点工程应用和防灾减灾实践等方面,开展了系统研究,在软岩渗流力学领域形成具有创新性的理论与技术方法研究成果。研究表明:运用温轮胶、蓖麻油、豆油(部分替代聚醚多羟基化合物)、脂肪族二异氰酸酯、二丁醇、三乙醇胺、辛酸亚锡、丙酮、正戊烷等材料研发制备一种生物多糖/植物油基涌水隧道高聚物注浆材料,应用于岩溶、破碎带岩体、风化岩体等软岩地区特别在地下水位作用下,可以达到保证隧道支护的结构在富水条件下安全的目的。 Combining the reality of highway tunnel engineering in Shanxi Province,after many years of technical research,the integrated use of theoretical analysis,laboratory test,numerical simulation method of combining the study,in the soft rock seepage evolution law,high polymer water tunnel grouting water plugging reinforcement materials preparation and its application,tunnel key engineering application and practice of disaster prevention and mitigation,etc.,in the study of the system,In the field of soft rock seepage mechanics,innovative theoretical and technical research results have been formed.Research shows:Using temperature rubber wheel/castor oil,soybean oil(partly replace polyether polyol),aliphatic diisocyanate,two butyl alcohol,triethanolamine,stannous caprylate,acetone,are the material such as pentane preparation research a kind of biological polysaccharide/plant oil-base polymer water tunnel grouting material,the application in the karst and fracture zone of rock mass,weathered soft rock areas such as special rock mass under the effect of underground water level,It can ensure the safety of the tunnel supporting structure under the condition of rich water.
