个体化血液透析治疗前列腺增生伴慢性肾功能不全1例

摘要 良性前列腺增生(BPH)是导致中老年男性排尿障碍的常见疾病,部分患者因延误治疗导致慢性肾功能不全,最后进入维持性透析状态。多数前列腺增生伴慢性肾功能不全患者,透析初期仍有一定的残余肾功能(RRF)。RRF是肾组织受损后健存肾单位的残留功能,可产生一定量维生素D3等活性产物、排出代谢废物.
