儿童骨折皮牵引法治疗中应用压力性损伤触发点谨慎管控的效果

Effect of careful management and control of pressure ulcer trigger points in the treatment of children’s fracture skin traction

目的:探讨儿童骨折皮牵引法治疗中应用压力性损伤触发点谨慎管控的效果。方法:选择2017年2月至2018年7月连云港市第一人民医院收治的实施常规管控的儿童骨折患儿52例,作为对照组;选择2018年8月至2020年2月连云港市第一人民医院收治的实施压力性损伤触发点谨慎管控的儿童骨折患儿52例,作为观察组。两组均行皮牵引法治疗。对比两组临床疗效、皮肤并发症发生率、患儿家属满意度及氧化应激指标。结果:观察组临床总优良率高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组皮肤总并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患儿家属满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)及丙二醛(MDA)水平均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:压力性损伤触发点谨慎管控应用于儿童骨折皮牵引法治疗中可提高临床疗效,减少皮肤并发症发生,提高患儿家属满意度,缓解应激反应,值得推广。

Objective:To explore the effect of careful management and control of pressure ulcer trigger points in the treatment of children’s fracture skin traction.Methods:A total of 52 children with fractures in First People’s Hospital of Lianyungang who were treated in First People’s Hospital of Lianyungang from February 2017 to July 2018 were selected as the control group;they were selected from August 2018 to February 2020 to implement pressure injury trigger point careful management and control.Fifty-two cases of children with fractures were selected as the observation group.Both groups were treated with skin traction.The clinical efficacy,incidence of skin complications,satisfaction of the children’s families and oxidative stress index were compared between the two groups.Results:The total clinical excellent and good rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);the total incidence of skin complications in the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05);the satisfaction of family members of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The levels of SOD and MDA in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Careful control of the trigger point of pressure injury can improve the clinical efficacy,reduce the occurrence of skin complications,improve the satisfaction of children’s family members and alleviate the stress response.It is worth popularizing.
