存量规划视角下的城市更新研究进展

Research Progress of Urban Renewal from Perspective of Stock Planning

随着新增建设用地总量缩紧,我国城市建设由增量时代逐渐步入存量时代,城市更新将成为城市未来发展方向。本文通过中国知网数据库获取2016年以来城市更新相关文献,并借助CiteSpace软件对所获取文献进行可视化分析,归纳存量规划视角下城市更新研究现状,探讨城市更新研究对象,进一步从老旧小区改造、工业遗产、历史文化街区以及创新城区四个方面对城市更新最新研究进行梳理,最终得出城市更新研究的启示与展望。

With the tightening of the total amount of new construction land,China's urban construction has gradually entered the stock era from the incremental era,and urban renewal will become the future direction of urban development.This paper obtains the literature on urban renewal since 2016 through the CNKI database,and makes a visual analysis of the obtained literature with the help of CiteSpace software.It summarizes the research status of urban renewal from the perspective of stock planning,discusses the research objects of urban renewal,further sorts out the latest research on urban renewal from the four aspects including the transformation of old residential areas,industrial heritage,historical and cultural blocks and innovative urban areas,and finally obtains the enlightenment and prospect of urban renewal research.
