红色历史建筑的价值与保护策略研究--以武汉农民运动讲习所旧址为例

Research Value and Protection Strategy of Revolutionary Historical Buildings-Taking Site-memorial of Wuhan Peasant Movement Institute as example

本文选择武汉农民运动讲习所为研究对象,阐述了红色历史建筑保护的历史价值、情感价值和功能价值。同时,提出其存在评估与规划不合理、保护和管理欠缺以及革命遗址、红色文化旅游开发模式单一等问题,有针对性地提出完善评估与统筹规划、加强日常维护与管理、旅游开发模式多元化的保护策略。

This paper selects Wuhan Peasant Movement Institute as the research object,and expounds the historical value,emotional value and functional value of the protection of revolutionary historical buildings.At the same time,this paper summarizes certain problems including unreasonable evaluation and planning,lack of protection and management,as well as simplified development mode of revolutionary sites and revolutionary cultural tourism,and puts forward targeted protection strategy suggestions to improve evaluation and overall planning,strengthen daily maintenance and management,and diversify tourism development mode.
