摘要
本文以柱(墙)与梁(板)形成的节点核心区混凝土为着眼点,以核心区内外不同混凝土浇筑的隔离措施为研究对象,在分析选择隔离措施种类影响因素的基础上,提出了气囊隔离措施,叙述了其操作要点。同时,通过工程实例证明,气囊隔离措施满足质量安全要求,产生较大经济效益,为节点核心区混凝土隔离施工提供了参考,进一步推动了绿色施工技术在工程现场的应用。
This paper focuses on the concrete in the core area of the joints formed by columns(walls)and beams(slabs),and takes the isolation measures of different concrete poured inside and outside the core area as the research object.Based on the analysis of the factors influencing the selection of isolation measures,this paper puts forward the air bag isolation measures,describes its operation points,and proves that it meets the quality and safety requirements through engineering examples,and produces great economic benefits,which could provide reference for concrete isolation construction in the core area of joints,and further promote the application of green construction technology in engineering sites.
