摘要
开放大学进入转型发展期,开放大学教师专业发展愈加重要。研究使用具有高信效度的自编开放大学教师专业发展问卷进行实证研究,探索开放大学教师专业发展能力的结构维度和现状。开放大学教师专业发展可以分为基础性专业发展和创造性专业发展两个维度;开放大学教师专业发展存在职称差异,职称级别越高,则专业发展水平越高;开放大学教师专业发展存在部门差异性,分校教师专业发展能力高于总校。
As open universities enter the period of transformation and development,the professional development of their teachers is becoming more and more important.This study uses a self-made Open University teachers’professional development questionnaire with high reliability and validity to conduct empirical research,and explore the current situation and structural dimension of Open University teachers’professional development.The results show that:first,Open University teachers’professional development can be divided into two dimensions:basic professional development and creative professional development;second,there are differences in professional titles in the professional development of Open University teachers,and the higher the professional titles are,the stronger the professional development ability is;third,there are departmental differences in the professional development of Open University teachers,and the professional development ability of teachers in branch schools is higher than that of general schools.
