论翻转课堂教学模式及存在问题与解决对策

On the Flipped Classroom Teaching Mode and Its Problems and Solutions

翻转课堂教学模式是建立在翻转课堂基础之上的一系列教学方法、教学过程、教学理论、教学模式等的统称。当前,翻转课堂存在学生主动性不强、教师受传统教学方式束缚未能实现良性互动、教学改革观念转换困难等诸多问题。因此,学生要转变学习方法与学习方式,教师应加大教学改革精力投入和增强教学责任心和使命感,转变教学理念,创新教学方法,与时俱进突破旧有课堂教学模式,是解决翻转课堂教学模式中存在的诸多困境的可行性对策。

Flipped classroom teaching mode is a general term for a series of teaching methods,teaching processes,teaching theories,teaching modes,etc.based on flipped classroom.At present,there are many problems in flipped classroom,such as students’lack of initiative,teachers’failure to achieve positive interaction due to the constraints of traditional teaching methods,and difficulties in changing the concept of teaching reform.Therefore,students should change their learning methods and learning styles,teachers should increase their energy input for teaching reform and enhance their sense of responsibility and mission of teaching,change teaching concepts,innovate teaching methods,keep pace with the times and constantly break through the old classroom teaching mode,which is a feasible countermeasure to solve difficulties in the flipped classroom teaching mode.
