江苏“特色高水平”高职院校教科研论文状况分析及对策--以南京科技职业学院为例

Analysis and Countermeasures of Teaching and Scientific Research Papers in Jiangsu“Characteristic and High-Level”Higher Vocational Colleges:Take Nanjing Polytechnic Institute as an Example

为贯彻落实党和国家有关教育科研评价改革的方针政策,结合江苏“中国特色高水平”高职院校建设状况,通过计量分析五年来高职院校教科研论文的总体情况及发展动态,把握高职院校教科研论文产出及影响力趋势,为创新高职院校教育科研管理、推动教师科研水平提升提供政策建议:明确教科研论文管理政策;确定教科研工作方向;培育优质作者群体;提升教科研管理水平。

In order to implement guidelines and policies of our Party and our nation on the reform of education and scientific research evaluation,combined with the construction of“high-level higher vocational colleges with Chinese characteristics”in Jiangsu Province,through quantitative analysis of the overall situation and development trend of teaching and scientific research papers in higher vocational colleges in the past five years,this paper shows the output and influence trend of teaching and scientific research papers in higher vocational colleges,and provides policy suggestions for innovating the management of teaching and scientific research in higher vocational colleges and promoting the improvement of teachers’scientific research level,namely clarifing the management policy of teaching and scientific research papers,determining the direction of teaching and scientific research,cultivating high-quality authors,and improving the management level of teaching and scientific research.
