创造型教师成长因素及影响过程--基于22位情境教育名师的扎根研究 被引量:1

摘要 借助Nvivo10.0质性分析软件,对22位从情境教育中走出的名师进行扎根理论研究,结果表明:情境教育对名师的创造动机、创造性思维和创造性人格产生了深刻影响,其成长经历了摸索、研修、践行、创新四个时期。我们应基于创造型教师成长规律选择创造型教师的培养路径。摸索期应注重发现问题,引领方向;研修期应着力体验学习,拓展空间;践行期应强调实践反思,转识成智;创新期应关注环境支持,人文关怀。 By means of the qualitative analysis software of Nvivo 10.0,a grounded theoretical research was conducted on 22 famous teachers who were experienced at situational education.It has shown that situational education has had a profound impact on creative motivation,creative thinking and creative personality of these famous teachers,and their growth has experienced four periods of exploration,training,practice and innovation.We should choose the training paths for creative teachers based on their growth rules.In the exploration period,we should focus on discovering problems and guiding the direction for their development;in the training period,we should focus on experiential learning and expanding space;in the practice period,we should emphasize practical reflection and transfer knowledge into wisdom;in the innovation period,we should focus on environmental support and humanistic care.
