基于KANO-IPA模型的城市公园满意度提升研究--以合肥市为例

Research on the improvement of residents′satisfaction with urban parks based on KANO-IPA Model:taking Hefei as an example

以提升城市公园满意度为主要目标,将合肥市中心城区4个综合公园作为研究对象,并将KANO-IPA综合模型引入到公园满意度提升策略研究中,结合问卷走访、文献查阅、SPSS软件分析等方法,定量分析客观设计变量与主观使用感受之间的关系。通过KANO-IPA综合模型,确定了体育健身场地、景观绿化等18个优先提升的因子要素,为提升公园满意度、合理配置城市公共资源提供了详实的依据及建议。

The main goal of this research is to improve the residents′satisfaction with urban parks.It takes four comprehensive parks in the downtown area of Hefei as the research object.The KANO-IPA comprehensive model is introduced into the satisfaction improvement strategy research.Through questionnaire,literature review,SPSS software analysis and other methods,this research quantitatively analyzes the relationship between objective design variables and subjective use experience.With the help of the KANO-IPA comprehensive model,18 priority factors for improvement,such as sports fitness venues and landscape greening,have been identified,providing detailed basis and suggestions for improving residents′satisfaction with parks and resource optimization.
