摘要
随着笔记本电脑技术的快速发展,基于KWP2000协议的RS232串口车载诊断适配器已经无法适应测试终端不再具有RS232串口的现状。为了车载电控单元能够在诊断过程继续使用KWP2000协议,利用L9637D,FTS230XS-R等芯片完成ISO-K诊断工具的优化设计,实现了车载电控单元诊断接口与USB接口的电脑诊断系统的有效连接。诊断适配器的优化设计方案与原先设计相比,提高了诊断系统的稳定性,增强了电源输入端的保护,同时节约了生产成本,提高了软件的刷写效率。
With the rapid development of notebook computer technology,the RS232 serial port on-board diagnostic adapter based on KWP2000 protocol can’t adapt to test terminal which no longer has RS232 serial port.In order to continue to use the KWP2000 protocol in the diagnosis process for the vehicle electronic control unit,this article uses such chips as L9637D,FTS230XS-R to complete the optimization design of the ISO-K diagnostic tool,and realizes the connection between the vehicle electronic control unit and the USB interface of computer based on the adapter.Compared with the original design,the optimized design of the diagnostic adapter improves the stability of the diagnostic system,and the protection of the power input terminal,reduces production costs,and improves the efficiency of software writing.
