摘要
铁路轨道是列车运行的基础,轨道的平顺性对于机车车辆的行车速度、平稳舒适性、运行安全起着决定性的作用。传统铁路轨道几何状态测量以高精度全站仪为核心测量设备实现检测,测量效率低,难以在天窗时间内完成线路维护。本文提出以北斗卫星导航系统为核心,结合惯性传感器,通过获取轨道的高精度三维坐标来实现高速铁路轨道平顺性的快速检测。在京沈高铁轨道不平顺应用结果表明,轨道不平顺测量误差小于0.3 mm。实测结果证明,BDS/INS组合的轨道不平顺测量系统可以满足高速铁路轨道不平顺检测的要求。
Railway track is essential for train running and the track geometric quality plays a decisive role in guaranteeing the travel speed speed,passenger comfort and operational safety of railway vehicles.Traditionally,the track geometry is measured primarily by total stations,which features low test efficiency and makes it hard complete maintenance of tramway track in the narrowed time window.This paper proposes a system that is based on Beidou satellite navigation system to gain the high-precision 3D coordinates of measured track so as to achieve fast and precise tramway track geometric measurement.Field tests on the track of Beijing-Shenyang high speed railway shows that the measurement accuracy of railway track irregularity is better than 0-3 mm,The result indi-cates the BDS/INS system can meet the accuracy requirements for the high speed railway。
