大型水轮发电机绕组端部电晕问题探讨 被引量:6

摘要 绕组防晕技术是大型发电机的一项核心技术。本文针对大型水轮发电机的结构特点,结合几个典型案例,从设计、结构、工艺、材料和环境影响因素等方面阐述归纳了电晕的产生各种原因,以及不同影响因素的基本原理和技术难点,同时也介绍了电晕处理的常用涂漆手段和现有手段的使用效果。结合大量的实际工程经验,本文提出了对电晕现象不必“谈晕色变”的建议,因为在某些情况下电晕是极难彻底消除的;所以只能在一定程度上减弱或者延缓电晕现象的发生。同时对如何预防电晕,以及对现有检测标准和方法提出了参考建议。 Winding anti-corona technology is a core technology of large generators.In view of the structural characteristics of large-scale hydro-generators,combined with several typical cases,this paper expounds and summarizes various causes of corona from the aspects of design,structure,technology,materials and environmental influence factors,as well as the basic principles and factors of different influencing factors.The technical difficulties are also introduced,and the common painting methods of corona treatment and the application effects of the existing methods are also introduced.Combined with a lot of practical engineering experience,this paper puts forward the suggestion that corona phenomenon does not need to“turn pale at the mention of corona”,because in some cases corona is extremely difficult to completely eliminate;therefore,it can only be weakened or delayed to a certain extent.At the same time,some suggestions on how to prevent corona,as well as existing testing standards and methods are put forward.
