摘要
为了满足天然气机组调峰性能、快速响应电网负荷需求,提升机组安全稳定用气、可靠运行发电,需进一步解决关键核心设备的国产化替代等问题。着眼国内在运的GE-9F重型燃机SFC设备,受制于MARK-VI系统的通讯控制技术,阻碍了燃机SFC系统的国产化替代。本文基于中山嘉明9F重型燃机SFC系统的改造需求,开展新一代9F重型燃机SFC系统控制策略的研究,解决了GE MARK-VI系统内部通讯转硬接口的控制问题,优化燃机控制系统的闭锁逻辑,提升国产SFC系统替代的兼容性;实现了机组超低频(约0.067Hz)的盘车状态下转子位置的精准测量,优化燃机与SFC系统共同发力下的机组启动曲线,有效提高机组控制的可靠性。通过现场实际启动运行情况,进一步验证了新一代9F重型燃机SFC系统的启动控制策略,填补了国内在运GE-9F重型燃机SFC系统改造的空白,为后续重型燃机SFC的国产化改造提供了宝贵经验。
In order to meet the peak shaving performance of natural gas generating units,quickly respond to the load demand of power grid,and improve the safe and stable gas consumption and reliable operation of generating units,it is necessary to further solve the localization substitution of key core equipment.The SFC equipment of GE-9F heavy-duty gas turbine in operation in China is restricted by the communication control technology of MARK-VI system,which hinders the localization replacement of SFC system of gas turbine.Based on the transformation requirements of SFC system of Zhongshan Jiaming 9F heavy-duty gas turbine,this paper studies the control strategy of SFC system of new generation 9F heavy-duty gas turbine,solves the control problem of internal communication to hardware interface of GE MARK-VI system,optimizes the locking logic of gas turbine control system,and improves the compatibility of domestic SFC system substitution.The accurate measurement of rotor position under ultra-low frequency(about 0.067 Hz)barring condition is realized,and the unit start-up curve under the joint force of gas turbine and SFC system is fitted,which effectively improves the reliability of unit control.Through the actual start-up operation,the start-up control strategy of SFC system of new generation 9F heavy-duty gas turbine is further verified,which fills the blank of SFC system transformation of GE-9F heavy-duty gas turbine in operation in China,and provides valuable experience for the subsequent localization transformation of SFC system of heavy-duty gas turbine.
