摘要
对江西南城瓷石矿采用物理性能检测、XRF、XRD、SEM、TG-DTA等测试分析方法,进行了物理化学性能分析及工艺性能分析。研究结果表明:南城瓷石主要矿物组成为石英、白云母、高岭石和微斜长石,显微结构为较多板状或块状、少量叠片状和六方管状结构混合结构。该瓷石烧成白度较高,可塑性一般,粘性一般,干燥线收缩较小,可广泛应用于日用陶瓷及建筑陶瓷生产中。
The physical and chemical properties and process properties of Nancheng porcelain mine in Jiangxi province were analyzed by means of physical properties testing,XRF,XRD,SEM and TG-DTA.The results show that the main mineral composition of nancheng porcelain is quartz,muscovite,kaolinite and microcline,and the microstructures are more plate-like or blocky,a little lamellar and hexagonal tubular structures..The porcelain stone has high burning whiteness,general plasticity,general viscosity,low drying strength and small drying line shrinkage,which can be widely used in the production of daily ceramics and building ceramics.
