摆线轮磨齿机轴定位精度测量与补偿 被引量:2

摘要 通过摆线轮数控磨齿机介绍了数控机床直线轴的滚珠丝杆传动机构与回转轴转台的位置精度的测量方法,针对磨齿机的各轴定位精度提出了合理的误差补偿依据及方法,并通过数据验证分析其补偿效果。利用英国雷尼绍的激光干涉仪及各种光学镜组对西门子840d数控磨齿机进行实验,对测量的数据进行分析,结合其工作原理得到该机床误差补偿图表,再利用误差补偿技术对该摆线轮磨齿机各轴误差进行补偿。结果表明,要提高数控机床几何精度改善机床性能,对直线轴滚珠丝杆的螺距误差补偿和回转轴转角误差补偿是一种合理且经济的方法。 It introduces the method of measuring the position accuracy of ball screw drive mechanism and rotating shaft turntable of nc machine tool on the basis of cycloidal wheel CNC gear grinding machine.The experiment of Siemens 840d CNC gear grinding machine was carried out by using the laser interferometer of renishao and various optical sets,the measured data were analyzed,and the error compensation chart of the machine tool was obtained based on its working principle,and the error compensation technology was used to compensate the errors of each axis of the cycloidal gear grinding machine.The results show that it is a reasonable and economical method to compensate the screw pitch error of the ball screw and the rotation angle error of the shaft in order to improve the geometric accuracy of nc machine.
