广东省智能装备产业技术专利特点及问题研究 被引量:1

Research on the Patents Characteristics and Problems of Intelligent Equipment Industry Technology in Guangdong Province

摘要 技术发展水平首先体现在技术产出成果的数量与质量上。专利是技术产出成果的典型代表,可通过专利信息分析特定地区和产业领域的技术发展水平。此外,透过专利信息分析研发主体的活动特点及存在的问题,有利于通过管理改进提高技术产出数量和质量,进而提升技术发展水平。采用专利地图分析方法,基于全球、中国及广东省(1985~2018)年智能装备产业专利数据,分析广东省智能装备产业技术研发活动特点,以及不同技术发展阶段的核心技术主题;并通过将其与领先国家和地区的比较,发现存在的问题。研究结果表明,广东省智能装备产业技术发展存在各地级市发展不均衡、产业技术创新驱动力不足、产业核心技术领域研发力度不足、龙头企业带动作用不强、高校院所基础研究能力薄弱等问题。 The level of technological development is firstly reflected in the quantity and quality of technological output.Patent is a typical representative of technological output.Patent information can be used to analyze the technological development level of specific regions and industrial fields.In addition,the analysis of the activity characteristics and problems of research and development entities through patent information is helpful to improving the quantity and quality of technological output through management improvement,and then the level of technological development will have been raised.Based on the patent data of intelligent equipment industry in the world,China and Guangdong Province from 1985 to 2018,it uses the patent map analysis method,first analyzes the characteristics of technological research and development activities of intelligent equipment industry in Guangdong Province,as well as the core technology themes in different technological development stages.And then through the comparison with the leading countries and regions to find the existing problems.The research results show that there are some problems in the development of intelligent equipment industry technology in Guangdong Province,such as unbalanced development of various cities,insufficient driving force of industrial technology innovation,insufficient research and development of industrial core technology field,weak driving role of leading enterprises,and weak basic research ability of colleges and universities.
