走轮龙门式激光雕刻机研究与设计 被引量:2

摘要 针对激光雕刻机体积大、成本高、灵活性差的问题,提出一种走轮龙门式激光雕刻机设计方案。通过走轮龙门结构设计用走轮取代常规的Y轴地轨,走轮结构可以让其在不同平整台面工作,且不受加工件的尺寸限制,实现激光雕刻机的小型化、轻量化、便携化设计。提出了走轮进动误差优化方案,研制了一台小型走轮龙门式激光雕刻机实验样机,并开展了圆度试验、单点蚀刻实验和图案雕刻实验等实验研究。实验表明,所设计的走轮龙门式激光雕刻机的雕刻误差小于±0.2mm、雕刻速度大于0.04mm/s,具有较好的雕刻精度和蚀刻速度、具备了雕刻椴木板功能。实验结果证明了所提出的走轮龙门式激光雕刻机设计方案的正确性与实用性。 A design scheme of travelling wheel-gantry type laser engraving machine was proposed to deal with the problems of large volume,high cost and poor flexibility.The conventional Y-axis ground track was replaced by travelling wheels,The running wheel structure allows it to work on different flat surfaces and is not limited by the size of the workpiece.thus the laser engraving machine can be miniaturized,lightweight and portable.Optimization schemes were designed for travelling wheel to reduce the motion error.An experimental prototype of travelling wheel-gantry type laser engraving machine was developed,and the roundness test,single point etching experiment and pattern engraving experiment were carried out.The experimental results shown that the engraving error and engraving speed were less than±0.2mm and more than 0.04mm/s respectively.The experimental possessed good engraving accuracy,high etching speed and the function of engraving linden wood.The experimental results proved the correctness and practicability of the proposed design scheme of the travelling wheel-gantry type laser engraving machine.
