户外公共健身器械磨损量测量方法研究

摘要 为了解决传统磨损量测量方法存在的测量误差大的问题,以户外公共健身器械作为研究对象,实现磨损量测量方法的优化设计。根据户外公共健身器械的类型、组成结构和运行方式,构建健身器械数字化模型。在该模型下,分析健身器械在使用状态下的运动规律和磨损机理。安装磨损量测量装置,并利用测量装置收集健身器械磨损信号。最终通过计算磨损面积与深度、补偿测量误差,实现户外公共健身器械磨损量的测量。通过与传统测量方法的对比,发现优化设计方法的平均测量误差减少了159.19mm^(2),且在应用性能上更加具有优势。 In order to solve the problem of large measurement error of traditional wear measurement method,the outdoor public fitness equipment was taken as the research object to realize the optimization design of wear measurement method. According to the type,composition and operation mode of outdoor public fitness equipment,the digital model of fitness equipment is constructed.Under this model,the motion rule and wear mechanism of fitness equipment in use are analyzed. The wear measuring device is installed and the wear signal of fitness equipment is collected by the measuring device. Finally,by calculating the wear area and depth and compensating for the measurement error,the wear quantity measurement of outdoor public fitness equipment is realized. Compared with the traditional measurement method,it is found that the average measurement error of the optimized design method is reduced by 159.19mm^(2),and it has more advantages in application performance.
