永磁动静压电主轴的结构设计及可靠性分析 被引量:2

摘要 为了改善传统磨床传动式电机与角接触球轴承导致的加工精度低、拆卸加工困难等问题,采用动静压轴承和永磁同步电机对其结构进行改进,利用有限元对该主轴进行分析得出主轴的最大形变量为0.0020383mm,由此通过改进可以减小主轴的最大形变量,说明结构改进合理。首先,利用ANSYS对电主轴进行建模与静力学分析,其次,为了验证该电主轴的结构是否可靠,确定设计参数及可靠性评估参数,同时根据中心组合法产生样本并利用MATLAB进行响应面的拟合。根据拉丁超立方抽样,对响应面进行10000次抽样,利用MATLAB得出可靠性评估参数的分布特征,运算出可靠性为97%,证明了该电主轴结构有很高的的可靠性。 In order to improve low processing accuracy,disassembly and processing difficulties caused by drive motor and angular contact ball bearing of the traditional grinding machine,its bearing structure was improved by using the dynamic and static pressure bearing and the permanent magnet synchronous motor.The maximum deformation of the spindle was 0.0020383mm by using the finite element to analyze the main spindle.Therefore,the maximum deformation of the main spindle could be reduced by improvement which showed that the structure improvement was reasonable.Firstly,modeling and statics analysis of motorized spindle were used by ANSYS.Secondly,in order to verify whether the structure of the motorized spindle was reliable,thereby the design parameters and reliability evaluation parameters were determined.At the same time,the samples were generated according to the central combination method and the response surface was fitted with MATLAB.According to the Latin hypercube sampling,10000 samples of response surface could get the distribution characteristics of reliability evaluation parameters with MATLAB and its reliability was 97%,which proved that reliability of the motorized spindle structure was high.
