普惠金融、自主创新与经济高质量发展

Inclusive Finance,Independent Innovation and High-quality Economic Development

选取2006—2018年各省份数据,以自主创新为视角,从影响机制和空间溢出特性探讨了普惠金融促进经济高质量发展的效应。实证结果表明,普惠金融显著促进了我国经济高质量发展,这一结论在进行替换变量、剔除特殊样本和缩尾处理等稳健性检验以及普惠金融滞后一期的内生性检验后仍然成立。作用机制显示,提升自主创新能力是普惠金融促进我国经济高质量发展的重要机制。空间模型显示,普惠金融与经济高质量发展存在显著空间溢出效应,且普惠金融发展促进本地经济高质量发展的效果要大于邻近地区的效果。据此,要加快完善我国普惠金融体系,并发挥普惠金融对自主创新的正向作用,通过不断增强自主创新能力来提升我国经济高质量发展。

This paper selects the data of each province from 2006 to 2018,from the perspective of independent innovation,discusses the effect of inclusive finance in promoting high-quality economic development from the perspective of influence mechanism and spatial spillover characteristics.The empirical results show that inclusive finance has significantly promoted the high-quality development of China’s economy.This conclusion is still valid after performing robustness tests such as replacing variables,removing special samples,and shrinking treatments,as well as the endogenousness test of inclusive finance after a period of lag.The mechanism of action shows that improving the ability of independent innovation is an important mechanism for inclusive finance to promote the high-quality development of China’s economy.The spatial model shows that there are significant spatial spillover effects between inclusive finance and high-quality economic development,and the effect of inclusive finance development in promoting the high-quality development of the local economy is greater than that of neighboring regions.Based on this,this article proposes to accelerate the improvement of China’s inclusive financial system,and to play the positive role of inclusive finance on independent innovation,and to enhance the high-quality development of China’s economy through continuous enhancement of independent innovation capabilities.
