U形截面PSRC梁预制构件受力性能试验和数值模拟

摘要 为研究型钢混凝土叠合梁底部预制构件的受力性能,完成了6个U形截面PSRC梁底部预制构件在单调静力荷载下的试验,此类梁属非框架梁。在此基础上,使用ABAQUS对这6个试件进行了模拟分析。试验结果表明,剪跨比为1.5的试件发生剪切斜压破坏,剪跨比为3.0和4.5的试件发生受弯破坏;混凝土强度的提高对试件刚度和承载力影响不大;蜂窝式型钢试件较实腹式型钢试件延性差且承载力提高有限;配筋率越高试件承载力越大,但不宜超过3.38%。此外,试件的荷载-挠度曲线模拟结果与试验结果吻合较好,说明用ABAQUS来模拟U形截面PSRC梁底部预制构件的受力性能是可行的。最后,用此方法研究了不同参数对U形截面PSRC梁底部预制构件受力性能的影响规律。 In order to study the mechanical performance of the precast members at the bottom of the steel and concrete laminated beams,six precast members at the bottom of U-shaped section PSRC beams,which are non-frame beams,were tested under monotonic static loads.Meanwhile,the simulation analysis of these six specimens was carried out using ABAQUS.The test results showed that shear diagonal compression damage occurred in the specimen with shear-to-span ratio of 1.5,and flexural damage occurred in the specimens with shear-to-span ratios of 3.0 and 4.5;the increase of concrete strength had little effect on the stiffness and bearing capacity of the specimens;the ductility of honeycomb steel specimens was poorer than that of solid web steel specimens and the increase of bearing capacity was limited;the higher the reinforcement ratio,the higher the bearing capacity of the specimens,but it should not exceed 3.38%.In addition,the simulated loaddeflection curves of the specimens agreed well with the test results,which indicated that it was feasible to use ABAQUS to simulate the force performance of precast members at the bottom of PSRC beams with U-shaped sections.Finally,the effect law of different parameters on the force performance of precast members at the bottom of PSRC beams with U-shaped section was studied by this method.
