基于船舶规范的水秀平台结构优化设计

摘要 对水秀平台按照其功能要求进行结构设计,建立水秀平台的结构有限元模型,结合iSIGHT多学科优化设计软件,开展水秀平台基于船舶规范的轻量化优化工作。优化后的水秀平台结构总重量相比初始设计值减小了12.4%。对结构优化结果进行分析,表明大长宽比、大宽深比结构总体变形是在结构设计时需要重点考虑的问题。优化设计方法对于同类型结构的优化设计具有一定的参考意义。 The structure of the water show platform is designed according to its functional requirements,a finite element model of the structure was established,combined with iSIGHT multidisciplinary optimization design software,carry out lightweight optimization work of water show platform based on ship specifications Compared with the initial design value,the total weight of the optimized water show platform structure was reduced by 12.4%.The analysis of the structure optimization results shows that the overall deformation of large aspect ratio and large aspect ratio structures is an issue that needs to be considered during structural design This optimization design method has certain reference significance for the optimization design of the same type of structure.
