摘要
介绍了白车身弧焊的主要接头形式,以及对焊缝可制造性的具体评估标准。给出白车身弧焊自动虚拟评估的实现方法,如自动提取零件信息、检查板材牌号、截取及测量相关断面、对比接头是否符合设计标准等。重点介绍了实现自动虚拟评估的关键算法——交点法,并提供了一个车身弧焊自动虚拟评估的实例。
This paper introduces the main joint forms of body-in-white arc welding and the specific evaluation criteria for the manufacturability of welds.The realization method of automatic virtual evaluation of body-in-white arc welding is given,such as automatic extraction of part information,inspection of plate grades,interception and measurement of relevant sections,and comparison of whether the joints meet the design standards,etc.The key algorithm for realizing automatic virtual evaluation,the intersection method,is introduced,and an example of automatic virtual evaluation of body arc welding is provided.
