基于正交实验的不锈钢罐体拉深参数优化

摘要 以矩形盒外形鱼罐头拉延为研究对象,利用正交实验的方法,以最大减薄率为研究指标,使用冲压速度、压边力、模具间隙3个参数为影响因子,使用SolidWorks建立的三维模型建立,根据理论计算结果通过CAE软件Dynaform按照3水平3因素的实验方法进行仿真模拟,观察并记录各组仿真结果的成形质量,通过减薄率进行极差分析,得到最优工艺组合:压边力为31000 N,冲压速度为5000 mm/s,模具间隙为0.23 mm。并使用其工艺参数进行拉延仿真,得到结果无开裂和起皱缺陷,表面质量无缺陷,根据得出的结果指导实际生产,符合工艺要求,该方法简化了实际生产实践中所需要的多次调节步骤。 Orthogonal experimental method is used to study the drawing of fish cans with rectangular box shape.The maximum reduction rate is taken as the research index.The three parameters of stamping speed,blank holder force and die clearance is taken as the influencing factors.Three-dimensional model is established using SolidWorks.According to the theoretical calculation results,the CAE software Dynaform is used to simulate based on three-levels three-factors experimental method.The forming quality of each group of simulation results is observed and recorded.Through the range analysis of the thinning rate,the optimal process combination is obtained as a blank holder force of 31000 N,a punching speed of 5000 mm/s,and a mold gap of 0.23 mm.The drawing simulation is carried out by using its process parameters.The results show that there are no cracks and wrinkling defects,and the surface quality has no defects.According to the results,the actual production is guided and meets the process requirements.This method simplifies the multiple adjustment steps required in the actual production practice.
