传动齿轮与轴过盈配合的有限元分析和优化设计 被引量:1

摘要 过盈配合具有结构简单、承载能力较好等优点,在现代工业齿轮传动系统中,往往采用过盈配合联接。基于厚壁筒理论和ANSYS对某型号风电设备齿轮传动系统中末级传动齿轮与轴间的过盈联接进行了结构应力分析,并根据分析结果对齿轮轴孔内表面进行倒角量修正和鼓形修整。结果表明:鼓形修整的效果显著优于倒角量的修正,鼓形修整量为0.0125 mm时,齿轮轴孔的内表面边缘等效应力从326.32 MPa降低到178.9 MPa,降幅达45%,显著提高了过盈联接的可靠性和使用寿命。 Interference fit has the advantages of simple structure and good carrying capacity.In modern industrial gear transmission systems,interference fit is often used for connection.Based on the thick-walled tube theory and ANSYS,the structural stress analysis of the interference connection between the final transmission gear and the shaft in the gear transmission system of a certain type of wind power equipment is carried out.According to the analysis results,the chamfering amount correction and the drum shape trimming are carried out on the inner surface of the gear shaft hole.The results show that the effect of the drum shape dressing is significantly better than the correction of the chamfer amount.When the drum shape dressing amount is 0.0125 mm,the equivalent stress of the inner surface edge of the gear shaft hole is reduced from 326.32 MPa to 178.9 MPa,a decrease of 45%is realized.The reliability and service life of the interference connection are significantly improved.
