摘要
目前模拟各种工况的钢丝绳疲劳试验机较多,但是钢丝绳与试井钢丝材质、使用方式、使用工况不同,钢丝绳疲劳试验机不能真实模拟试井钢丝疲劳运动过程。文中通过对试井钢丝作业工况进行分析,研制了试井钢丝疲劳试验机,主要由模拟试验系统、控制系统、数据采集系统三大部分组成,能够模拟不同材质、不同尺寸的试井钢丝的投放、打捞、震击等作业工况,评估试井钢丝疲劳寿命。对材质为MP35N、直径为3.2 mm的试井钢丝进行了疲劳试验,得出其直径变化趋势和疲劳寿命。
At present,there are many wire rope fatigue testing machines simulating various working conditions,but the material,use mode and working conditions of wire rope and well test wire are different,so the wire rope fatigue testing machine cannot truly simulate the fatigue movement process of well test wire.By analyzing the working conditions of well test steel wire,a well test steel wire fatigue tester is developed,which is mainly composed of simulation test system,control system and data acquisition system.It can simulate the operation conditions such as throwing,fishing and shock of well test steel wire of different materials and sizes,and evaluate the fatigue life of well test steel wire.The fatigue test of MP35N and 3.2 mm diameter well test steel wire is carried out,and its diameter change trend and fatigue life are obtained.
