摘要
采用Fluent软件对PP熔体从螺杆头部到喷嘴处的流场在锥角为15°、25°、35°及45°条件下进行二维数值模拟仿真分析,得到注射速度、温度、剪切速率、剪切力等的模拟结果,结合一次注射量的计算结果,表明随着锥角的不断增大,沿程损失越大,出口速度不断减小,温度均匀性降低,剪切速率减小。综合以上性能评价指标,LYH680注塑机在加工PP原料时,锥形螺杆头和喷嘴的锥角优先设计和选用在35°~45°范围之间。
This paper uses Fluent software to conduct two-dimensional numerical simulation analysis of the flow field of PP melt from the screw head to the nozzle under the conditions of cone angles of 15°,25°,35°and 45°.The simulation results of injection speed,temperature,shear rate,shear force,etc.,and the calculation result of one injection volume are obtained.The results show that as the cone angle increases,the loss along the way increases,the outlet speed decreases,and the temperature uniformity decreases,the shear rate is reduced.Based on the above performance evaluation indicators,when the LYH680 injection molding machine is processing PP raw materials,the cone angle of the conical screw head and nozzle is preferentially designed and selected in the range of 35°~45°.
