摘要
针对与油膜轴承配套的轴承座使用一段时间后轴承座内孔发生变形内孔增大的现象,通过对某规格型号油膜轴承衬套和轴承座进行建模,利用有限元仿真技术中的非线性算法,精确模拟出不同间隙值下的油膜轴承关键件衬套的等效应力分布和位移变形,得出衬套和轴承座间隙值对衬套承载产生的影响,为控制轴承座和衬套合理间隙值提供理论指导。
Aiming at the phenomenon that the inner hole of the bearing seat is deformed and enlarged after the bearing seat matched with the oil film bearing has been used for a period of time,the oil film bearing bush and the bearing seat of a certain specification are modeled,and the finite element simulation technology is used.The nonlinear algorithm accurately simulates the equivalent stress distribution and displacement deformation of the bushing of the key parts of the oil film bearing under different clearance values.Reasonable bushing clearance value provides theoretical guidance.
