摘要
介绍了和谐型机车的修程设置,对达到高级修修程的关键部件转向架总成,包括橡胶关节和油压减振器等进行试验以便了解各部件的实际服役状态,从中掌握各部件可靠性随时间、里程增加的变化规律,为机车修程修制优化及运用安全提供了技术支撑,为后续机车设计优化和机车等寿命设计提供了基础数据。
This paper introduces the repair schedule of the HXD1 locomotive,and tests the bogie assembly of key components that reach the advanced repair schedule,including rubber joints and hydraulic shock absorbers,in order to understand the actual service status of each component.From this,we can grasp the change law of the reliability of each component with the increase of time and mileage,provide technical support for the optimization of locomotive repair process and application safety,and provide basic data for subsequent locomotive design optimization and life design of locomotives.
