120m钻井液转接系统研制

摘要 针对远距离丛式井作业的需求,为了能够实现原有固控系统无需随钻机搬迁移运,开发了钻井液转接系统。该系统具有钻井液的预处理、传输、计量功能,并能够在远距离输送时钻井液时自动传送、避免钻井岩屑的沉淀。该系统的应用预计可实现数小时内完成井间的搬迁拆装时间,减少非钻井作业时间,缩短钻井周期,解决不同开次的钻井作业泥浆排量不同引起泥浆传输的溢流和吸空问题,并满足在+55℃高温环境下水基钻井液、油基钻井液的工况使用。 To meet the requirements of remote cluster well operation,a drilling fluid diversion system is developed in order to realize the original solid control system without moving with the rig.The system has the functions of drilling fluid pretreatment,transmission and measurement,and can automatically transfer drilling fluid during long-distance transportation to avoid drilling cuttings precipitation.Application of this system is expected to be implemented within a few hours to complete the well move between the disassembling time,reduce the drilling operation time and shortening drilling cycle,solve different times of the overflow of the mud drilling mud displacement caused by different transmission and absorption of empty,and meet the use of water-based drilling fluid and the oil-base drilling fluid at the operation condition of+55℃high temperature environment.
