基于NX的龙门加工中心船用柴油机机体仿真加工技术研究

摘要 在NX环境下搭建大型龙门加工中心虚拟仿真平台,定义各机床组件模型运动关系,利用TCL语言制作机床附件后处理,并生成G代码用于驱动机床组件相对运动,模拟机床不同附件相对运动时的空间位置关系。在仿真环境下进行机床附件干涉检测、优化刀具补偿,模拟船用柴油机机体关键孔系的加工仿真。该技术通过了生产现场的综合验证,可有效降低加工成本,提高机床加工效率。 The virtual simulation platform of large-scale gantry machining center is built in the NX environment,and the kinematic relationship of each machine tool component model is defined.The TCL language is utilized for post-processing of machine tool attachments and to generate G-code for driving relative motion of machine tool components.The spatial position relationship of the relative movement of different attachments of the machine tool is simulated.In the simulation environment,the interference detection of machine tool accessories,optimization of tool compensation,and simulation of the machining simulation of the key hole system of the marine diesel engine block are carried out.The technology is verified on the production site,which can effectively reduce the processing cost and improve the processing efficiency of the machine tool.
