Box-Behnken优化超声波法提取绞股蓝总皂苷工艺

Optimization of Ultrasonic Extraction Process of Total Saponins from Gynostemma Pentaphylla by Box-Behnken Design

摘要 利用Box-Behnken中心组合实验设计原理,考察了提取时间、超声功率、料液比对绞股蓝总皂苷含量的影响,并对8个产地的绞股蓝总皂苷含量进行了测定。结果表明,超声波法提取最佳工艺条件为提取时间15 min,提取功率360W,液料体积质量比60∶1 mL/g。在此条件下,绞股蓝皂苷的质量分数为24.7 mg/g。8个产地的绞股蓝样本中,广东韶关丹霞山的绞股蓝中皂苷含量最高。 The Box Behnken design method was used to optimize the ultrasonic extraction parameters for total saponins from Gynostemma pentaphylla(GP),with extraction time,power and solid-liquid ratio as independent variables and content of total saponins in extracting solution as response value.The content of total saponins of GP from eight producing areas was determined.The results showed that the optimal extraction conditions were as follows:extraction time 15 min,extraction power 360 W,liquidsolid volume mass ratio 60 mL:1 g.Under these conditions,the content of saponins was 24.7 mg/g.Based on the analysis of samples from eight producing areas,GP from Danxia Mountain of Shaoguan,Guangdong Province has the highest content of saponins.
