摘要
介绍了物联网技术在化工领域的应用场景,根据物联网技术的发展和特点,结合化工领域生产管理流程,分析了物联网技术在安全生产、环保管理及能源控制方面的应用效果,如化学品储罐监测、有毒有害气体预警监测、化工废水监测、能源管控、用电管理、阀门远程控制及化学品运输管控等。认为应积极推动物联网技术的应用可以推动实现化工领域的数字化转型、智慧化融合,构建更加完善的智慧化体系,在有限资源中进一步提升管理水平、运行水平、安全水平和服务水平。
The application scenarios of the internet of things technology in the chemical industry were introduced.According to the development and characteristics of the Internet of Things technology,combined with the production management process in the chemical industry,the application effects of the Internet of Things technology in safety production,environmental protection management and energy control were analyzed,such as chemical tank monitoring,early warning and monitoring of toxic and harmful gases,chemical wastewater monitoring,energy control,electricity management,valve remote control and chemical transportation control.It is believed that the application of animal networking technology can promote the digital transformation and intelligent integration in the field of chemical industry,build a more perfect intelligent system,and further improve the management level,operation level,safety level and service level in limited resources.
