摘要
针对一些难以使用常规方法进行采摘的刺梨,课题组设计了一款单杆可伸缩的刺梨采摘器。该采摘器可通过调节杆的长度实现对刺梨的远距离采摘,杆旁设置固定塑料收集器,以实现对刺梨的收集。采摘器由采摘头、可伸缩杆及塑料收集管组成,其工作流程为采摘工人手持刺梨采摘器,调节杆长至合适位置,再将刀片对准刺梨,通过手柄处按键控制刀片剪切刺梨茎,随后刺梨顺着塑料管进入收集器,完成采摘。仿真结果表明,该装置能够有效提高采摘效率,在刺梨产业生产链中发挥了重要作用。
Aiming at some roxburgh rose that is difficult to pick by conventional methods,the research group designed a single telescopic roxburgh rose picker.The picker can realize the long-distance picking of roxburgh rose by adjusting the length of the rod,and the fixed plastic collector is set beside the rod to realize the collection of roxburgh rose fruit.The picker consists of a picking head,a telescopic rod and a plastic collecting tube.Its working process is that the picker holds the roxburgh rose picker,adjusts the length of the rod to an appropriate position,and then aims the blade at the roxburgh rose.The blade is controlled to cut the stem of roxburgh rose by pressing the button at the handle.The simulation results proved that the device can effectively improve the picking efficiency and play an important role in roxburgh rose industry production chain.
