摘要 课题组针对高职院校学生在机械设计创新能力培养时,面临覆盖面太窄、与专业教育脱离、参与性不强等问题,基于命运共同体理论、建构主义学习理论等,探索出“五双合一”创新能力人才培养模式,通过“政校企联手、产学研结合、理实创贯通”构建教学体系,将政策链、专业链、技术链有机融合,形成了良好的创新生态圈。教学实践表明:依托“五双合一”创新能力培养模式,师资水平得到了大幅提高,取得了丰富的教科研成果;学生无论是在理论知识方面,还是在实践技能训练方面,都得到了显著提高,实践能力明显增强,创新创业成绩斐然;机械类专业的就业率均保持在95%以上,就业质量明显提高,受到了众多企业的好评。 In view of the problems faced by higher vocational college students in the cultivation of mechanical design innovation ability,such as too narrow coverage,separation from professional education,and weak participation,the research group explored the“five in one”innovative talent training mode based on the theory of community of destiny and constructivist learning theory,and built a teaching system through“joint efforts of government,schools and enterprises,combination of industry,study and research,and connection of science,practice and innovation”,which organically integrated the policy chain,professional chain,and technology chain,A good innovation ecosystem has been formed.Teaching practice shows that:relying on the“five in one”innovative ability training mode,the level of teachers has been greatly improved and rich achievements in teaching and scientific research have been made;Students have been significantly improved in both theoretical knowledge and practical skills training,with significantly enhanced practical ability and rich achievements in innovation and entrepreneurship;The employment rate of mechanical majors has remained above 95%,the employment quality has been significantly improved,which has been highly praised by many enterprises.
