64排CT在肠壁缺血性病变鉴别诊断中的临床价值及意义

Clinical Value and Significance of 64-Slice CT in the Differential Diagnosis of Intestinal Ischemic Lesions

目的 分析64排CT扫描在肠壁缺血性病变鉴别诊断中的临床效果。方法 选取我院2021年7月到2022年1月期间收治的肠壁缺血性病变患者64例为研究对象,64例患者均采用64排CT扫描,将全部患者的病理诊断结果、 64排CT扫描结果进行比较。结果 64排CT扫描对肠系膜下动脉狭窄、肠系膜上下动脉狭窄、血管狭窄、腹主动脉狭窄的诊断结果与病理结果比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。64排CT扫描的特异性(95.31%)、准确性(96.68%)与病理诊断的特异性(100.00%)、准确性(100.00%)比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 64排CT扫描鉴别诊断肠壁缺血性病变的效果良好,可有效提高临床诊断准确性,较好地反映病理变化的临床特点,为临床治疗提供参考,值得临床应用推广。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of 64-slice CT scan in the differential diagnosis of intestinal ischemic lesions.Methods 64 patients with intestinal ischemic lesions admitted to our hospital from July 2021 to January 2022 were selected as the research subjects.All 64 patients underwent 64-slice CT scan.The pathological diagnosis results and 64-slice CT scan results of all patients were compared.Results There was no significant difference between the 64-slice CT scan and the pathological results in the diagnosis of inferior mesenteric artery stenosis,superior and inferior mesenteric artery stenosis,vascular stenosis and abdominal aortic stenosis(P >0.05).The specificity(95.31%) and accuracy(96.68%) of 64-slice CT scan were not significantly different from the specificity(100.00%) and accuracy(100.00%) of pathological diagnosis(P >0.05).Conclusions 64-slice CT scan has a good effect in the differential diagnosis of intestinal ischemic lesions,can effectively improve the accuracy of clinical diagnosis,better reflect the clinical characteristics of pathological changes,and provide a reference for clinical treatment,which is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
