醒脾养儿汤联合蒙脱石散治疗对急性肠炎患儿症状缓解时间及炎性因子水平的影响

Impact of Xingpi Yanger Decoction Combined with Montmorillonite Powder Treatment on Symptom Remission Time and Inflammatory Factor Levels of Children with Acute Enteritis

目的 探讨醒脾养儿汤联合蒙脱石散治疗对急性肠炎患儿症状缓解时间及炎性因子水平的影响。方法 84例急性肠炎患儿随机分为两组,对照组采用蒙脱石散治疗,观察组采用醒脾养儿汤联合蒙脱石散治疗,比较两组的症状缓解时间及炎性因子水平。结果 观察组的退热时间、腹泻缓解时间、排便正常时间均显著短于对照组(P <0.05)。治疗后,两组的IL-6、 TNF-α、 CRP水平均显著低于治疗前,且观察组的IL-6、 TNF-α、 CRP水平均显著低于对照组(P <0.05)。结论 醒脾养儿汤联合蒙脱石散治疗能够有效缩短急性肠炎患儿的临床症状缓解时间,降低患儿炎性因子水平。

Objective To explore the impact of Xingpi Yanger decoction combined with montmorillonite powder treatment on symptom remission time and inflammatory factor levels of children with acute enteritis.Methods 84 cases of children with acute enteritis were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was treated with montmorillonite powder,and the observation group was treated with Xingpi Yanger decoction combined with montmorillonite powder.The symptom remission time and inflammatory factor levels were compared between the two groups.Results The antipyretic time,diarrhea relief time,and normal defecation time in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group(P <0.05).After treatment,the levels of IL-6,TNF-α and CRP in the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment,and the levels of IL-6,TNF-α and CRP in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P <0.05).Conclusions Xingpi Yanger decoction combined with montmorillonite powder treatment can effectively shorten the clinical symptom remission time and reduce the levels of inflammatory factors in children with acute enteritis.
