抗HPV生物蛋白敷料与重组人干扰素α-2b凝胶治疗宫颈高危型HPV持续感染患者的临床效果

Clinical Effects of Anti-HPV Biological Protein Dressing and Recombinant Human Interferon α-2b Gel in the Treatment of Patients with Persistent Cervical High-Risk HPV Infection

目的 探讨抗HPV生物蛋白敷料与重组人干扰素α-2b凝胶治疗宫颈高危型HPV持续感染患者的效果。方法 98例宫颈高危型HPV持续感染患者随机分为两组各49例,对照组予以重组人干扰素α-2b凝胶治疗,观察组予以抗HPV生物蛋白敷料治疗,比较两组的症状缓解时间、免疫功能及不良反应。结果 观察组的HPV转阴时间、分泌物异常消失时间均显著短于对照组(P <0.05)。治疗后,观察组的CD8+显著低于对照组,CD4+、 CD4+/CD8+均显著高于对照组(P <0.05)。两组用药期间均未发生严重不良反应。结论 与重组人干扰素α-2b凝胶相比,抗HPV生物蛋白敷料治疗宫颈高危型HPV持续感染的效果更佳,利于改善患者的免疫功能,缩短症状缓解时间,且药物安全性较高。

Objective To explore the effects of anti-HPV biological protein dressing and recombinant human interferon α-2b gel in the treatment of patients with persistent cervical high-risk HPV infection.Methods 98 patients with persistent cervical high-risk HPV infection were randomly divided into two groups,with 49 cases in each group.The control group was treated with recombinant human interferon α-2b gel,and the observation group was treated with anti-HPV biological protein dressing.The symptom relief time,immune function and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The HPV negative time and the disappearance time of abnormal secretion in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group(P <0.05).After treatment,the CD8+in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the CD4+and CD4+/CD8+were significantly higher than those in the control group(P <0.05).No serious adverse reaction occurred in both groups during treatment.Conclusions Compared with recombinant human interferon α-2b gel,anti-HPV biological protein dressing has better effect in the treatment of persistent cervical high-risk HPV infection,which is beneficial to improve patients’ immune function,shorten the symptom relief time,and has high drug safety.
