复方血栓通胶囊联合复方樟柳碱注射液治疗糖尿病视网膜病变的效果探讨

Discussion on the Effect of Compound Xueshuantong Capsule Combined with Compound Anisodine Hydrobromide Injection in the Treatment of Diabetic Retinopathy

目的 探讨复方血栓通胶囊联合复方樟柳碱注射液治疗糖尿病视网膜病变(DR)的临床效果。方法 80例DR患者随机分为两组。在常规治疗基础上,对照组采用复方樟柳碱注射液治疗,观察组采用复方血栓通胶囊联合复方樟柳碱注射液治疗。比较两组的治疗效果、中医证候积分及视力。结果 观察组的治疗总有效率为95.00%,显著高于对照组的77.50%(P <0.05)。治疗1个月后,观察组的中医证候积分显著低于对照组,视力显著高于对照组(P <0.05)。结论 复方血栓通胶囊联合复方樟柳碱注射液治疗DR的效果显著,可明显降低患者中医证候积分,改善患者视力。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of compound Xueshuantong capsule combined with compound anisodine hydrobromide injection in the treatment of diabetic retinopathy(DR).Methods 80 cases of DR patients were randomly divided into two groups.On the basis of routine therapy,the control group was treated with compound anisodine hydrobromide injection,and the observation group was treated with compound Xueshuantong capsule combined with compound anisodine hydrobromide injection.The curative effect,TCM symptom score,and visual acuity were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 95.00%,significantly higher than 77.50% in the control group(P <0.05).After 1 month of treatment,the TCM syndrome score in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the visual acuity was significantly higher than that in the control group(P <0.05).Conclusions Compound Xueshuantong capsule combined with compound anisodine hydrobromide injection in the treatment of DR has significant effect,which can obviously reduce the TCM symptom score and improve the visual acuity of patients.
