丙戊酸钠联合利培酮治疗对癫痫共病精神障碍患者精神状态及认知功能的影响

Impact of Sodium Valproate Combined with Risperidone Treatment on Mental State and Cognitive Function of Patients with Epilepsy Comorbid Mental Disorders

目的 探讨丙戊酸钠联合利培酮治疗对癫痫共病精神障碍患者精神状态及认知功能的影响。方法 82例癫痫共病精神障碍患者随机分为两组,对照组采用丙戊酸钠治疗,观察组采用丙戊酸钠联合利培酮治疗,比较两组治疗前后的精神状态以及认知功能。结果 治疗后,两组的PANSS各维度评分均低于治疗前,且观察组的PANSS各维度评分均低于对照组(P <0.05)。治疗后,两组的MMSE评分均高于治疗前,且观察组的MMSE评分高于对照组(P <0.05)。结论 与丙戊酸钠单一用药相比,丙戊酸钠联合利培酮治疗可更有效地改善癫痫共病精神障碍患者的精神状态及认知功能。

Objective To explore the impact of sodium valproate combined with risperidone treatment on mental state and cognitive function of patients with epilepsy comorbid mental disorders.Methods 82 patients with epilepsy comorbid mental disorders were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was treated with sodium valproate,and the observation group was treated with sodium valproate combined with risperidone.The mental state and cognitive function before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the scores of all dimensions of PANSS in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the scores of all dimensions of PANSS in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P <0.05).After treatment,the MMSE scores in the two groups were higher than those before treatment,and the MMSE score in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P <0.05).Conclusions Compared with single use of sodium valproate,sodium valproate combined with risperidone treatment can more effectively improve the mental state and cognitive function of patients with epilepsy comorbid mental disorders.
