快速康复外科护理干预对胰腺癌患者术后康复的影响

Impact of Fast Track Surgery Nursing Intervention on Postoperative Rehabilitation of Patients with Pancreatic Cancer

目的 探讨快速康复外科护理干预对胰腺癌患者术后康复的影响。方法 84例行手术治疗的胰腺癌患者随机分为两组各42例,对照组采用常规护理干预,观察组采用快速康复外科护理干预,比较两组的术后康复指标、并发症以及护理满意度。结果 观察组的术后肛门排气时间、下床活动时间及住院时间均短于对照组,并发症发生率低于对照组,护理满意度高于对照组(P <0.05)。结论 快速康复外科护理干预可促进胰腺癌患者术后康复,降低并发症发生率,提升护理满意度。

Objective To explore the impact of fast track surgery nursing intervention on postoperative rehabilitation of patients with pancreatic cancer.Methods 84 patients with pancreatic cancer who underwent surgical treatment were randomly divided into two groups,with 42 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing intervention,and the observation group received fast track surgery nursing intervention.The postoperative rehabilitation indicators,complications and nursing satisfaction degree were compared between the two groups.Results The postoperative anal exhaust time,out-of-bed activity time and hospitalization time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,the incidence of complications was lower than that in the control group,and the nursing satisfaction degree was higher than that in the control group(P <0.05).Conclusions Fast track surgery nursing intervention can promote postoperative rehabilitation of patients with pancreatic cancer,reduce the incidence of complications,and improve nursing satisfaction degree.
