基于微信平台的延续护理对肺炎患儿遵医行为、生活质量的影响

Impact of Continuous Nursing Based on WeChat Platform on Medical Compliance Behavior and Quality of Life of Children with Pneumonia

目的 探讨基于微信平台的延续护理对肺炎患儿遵医行为、生活质量的影响。方法 80例肺炎患儿分为对照组(常规护理)与观察组(基于微信平台的延续护理),比较两组的遵医行为、负性情绪和生活质量。结果 干预后,观察组的规范服药、定期复诊、合理饮食依从率均高于对照组(P <0.05)。干预后,观察组的SCARED评分低于对照组,生活质量各项评分均高于对照组(P <0.05)。结论 基于微信平台的延续护理可改善肺炎患儿的遵医行为,缓解其负性情绪,提高其生活质量。

Objective To explore the impact of continuous nursing based on WeChat platform on medical compliance behavior and quality of life of children with pneumonia.Methods 80 children with pneumonia were divided into the control group(regular nursing) and the observation group(continuous nursing based on WeChat platform).The medical compliance behavior,negative emotion and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the compliance rates of standardized medication,regular follow-up visits,and reasonable diet in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P <0.05).After intervention,the SCARED score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the scores of quality of life were higher than those in the control group(P <0.05).Conclusions Continuous nursing based on WeChat platform can improve the medical compliance behavior of children with pneumonia,relieve their negative emotion,and improve their quality of life.
