改进护理查房模式在提高新入科护士床边综合能力中的应用

Application of Modified Nursing Ward Round Mode in Improving the Bedside Comprehensive Ability of Newly Admitted Nurses

目的 探讨改进护理查房模式在提高新入科护士床边综合能力及改善患者护理结局中的应用效果。方法 纳入15名内科新入科护士为对象,比较改进护理查房模式干预前后护士的床旁综合能力、专科知识掌握率、病情知晓率;80例患者根据护理查房方式的不同分为对照组(传统护理查房模式)和观察组(改进护理查房模式),比较两组的护理结局。结果 干预后,护士的各项床旁综合能力评分、专科知识掌握率和病情知晓率均高于干预前(P <0.05)。观察组患者的护理满意度、生活质量评分均高于对照组,护理后SAS评分低于对照组(P <0.05)。结论 改进护理查房模式可提高新入科护士的床边综合能力,提高患者的生活质量和护理满意度。

Objective To explore the application effects of modified nursing ward round mode in improving the bedside comprehensive ability of newly admitted nurses and improving the nursing outcomes of patients.Methods 15 nurses newly admitted to the internal medicine department were included as subjects,and the bedside comprehensive abilities,specialist knowledge mastery rates,and disease awareness rates of nurses before and after the intervention of modified nursing ward round mode were compared.80 patients were divided into the control group(traditional nursing ward round mode) and the observation group(modified nursing ward round mode) according to the different nursing ward round modes,and the nursing outcomes of the two groups were compared.Results After intervention,the bedside comprehensive ability scores,specialist knowledge mastery rate and disease awareness rate of nurses were higher than those before intervention(P <0.05).The nursing satisfaction degree and quality of life score of patients in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the SAS score after nursing was lower than that in the control group(P <0.05).Conclusions Modified nursing ward round mode can improve the bedside comprehensive ability of newly admitted nurses,and improve the quality of life and nursing satisfaction degree of patients.
