多学科协作护理模式对急性脑梗死患者神经功能及肢体运动功能的影响

Impact of Multidisciplinary Collaborative Nursing Mode on Neurological Function and Limb Motor Function of Patients with Acute Cerebral Infarction

目的 探讨多学科协作护理模式对急性脑梗死患者神经功能及肢体运动功能的影响。方法 70例急性脑梗死患者随机分为两组,对照组采用常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上采用多学科协作护理,比较两组的干预效果。结果 护理后,观察组的NIHSS评分低于对照组,FMA评分均高于对照组(P <0.05)。观察组的护理满意度为94.29%,高于对照组的77.14%(P <0.05)。结论 多学科协作护理模式可有效改善急性脑梗死患者的神经功能与肢体运动功能,提高患者的护理满意度。

Objective To explore the impact of multidisciplinary collaborative nursing mode on neurological function and limb motor function of patients with acute cerebral infarction.Methods 70 patients with acute cerebral infarction were randomly divided into two groups.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received multidisciplinary collaborative nursing on the basis of the control group.The intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Results After nursing,the NIHSS score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the FMA scores were higher than those of the control group(P <0.05).The nursing satisfaction degree of the observation group was 94.29%,higher than 77.14% of the control group(P <0.05).Conclusions Multidisciplinary collaborative nursing mode can effectively improve the neurological function and limb motor function of patients with acute cerebral infarction,and improve patients’ nursing satisfaction degree.
